Phil Booth is severely underrated. He came up huge in the 2016 title game, and Nova is simply a more well rounded team with him playing.

Big presence on D and big one on one player to get through dry spells.

Came back way sooner than expected. Very happy about that.

Damn, that's a crushing loss for Marquette. Not sure they can overcome that and still get an at-large.

Yeah, a bubble team really can't afford to lose to terrible teams at this stage of the game. DePaul is really bad. I do think they're improving, though.

Good Gawd these teams can't shoot! First haIf it's Nova shooting(10-31) 32% and Seton HaII is shooting(6-29) 22%, Nova is 20% from 3 point range and Seton HaII is 9% from 3 point range!

Good game so far in Newark! Can't believe Brunson missed front end of one and one up one!

Very entertaining game but just too much Nova when it counts!

Seton Hall almost always plays us tough.

And bricking shots is apparently contagious. Seton Hall was playing short handed as well.

Farewell to Jalen Brunson and Mikal Bridges.

The two of them helped deliver two national championships to Villanova which is two more than I thought I'd ever see.

Brunson is the only player in Villanova history where I never said in the heat of the moment "He sucks, if we only had someone better at that position."

That includes Kittles, Foye, Reynolds, Hart and Arcidiacono. Just a rock of a player with Basketball IQ off the charts.

Marquette to visit Chartouny next week.

Would be a huge get for us.

Shouldn’t be hard to out recruit Mack on this one.

Tell the kid UL has a depleted roster and the last time they had grad transfers those kids got fucked with a post season ban.

The Big Pee-riests best days are behind them.

The Church League is Snow White and the Seven (9) Dwarfs.

You've got a Pied Piper in 'Nova, the dregs of the old Big East, and a sprinkling of Mid-Majors. If I were them, I wouldn't be squandering all my FOX money because the next deal is gonna blow...

Speaking of BLOW; the BJ's (Creighton) They used to actually be sorta good in the Missouri Valley... :L :pound:

If the Big East is a cheap slut, then the American Conference is a $15 an hour toothless hooker.

Just for the record, I think both Creighton and Wichita should have stayed in the MVC.

    That's the spirit!

And no, Shocker fans did not deserve one more year in the Valley against the likes of Evansville, Drake, Indiana State, Loyola, etc.

Although Loyola had a nice little Cinderella run didn't they? They were Creighton's replacement and did in 5 years what Creighton hasn't been able to do in nearly 100... God Creighton sucks.
