In July 2009, not long after PFT joined forces with NBC, Rosenthal caught
wind from a tipster of a possible lawsuit filed against Steelers
quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in Nevada.


One thing led to another, and before long we had a copy of the civil
complaint accusing Roethlisberger of raping a casino host at Harrah’s
resort in Lake Tahoe. Roethlisberger allegedly lured the woman to his
hotel room by claiming that his television needed to be fixed.


More than 30 months later, the case has been settled.

If I didn't commit a serious crime such as r*pe I would spend every single dollar I had clearing my name then suing the shit out of the accuser. I don't care if people think negatively about how I dress, how I talk, etc, but I'll be damned if I would let them think I raped a chick if I didn't. I know a settlement doesn't mean somebody is guilty, but let's be honest; from 1993 until he died everybody thought Michael Jackson was a child molester and he was never convicted (though he did settle out of court).
