Kansas just outclassed Texas tonight. Most of the game, KU was shooting 65%, Texas under 30%.

Even if we'd have played 'out of this world', still would have lost tonight by 10.

Kansas was really good, and Texas was playing with the bighead and a hangover after beating OU two days ago.

On a sidenote, will Perry Ellis ever friggin graduate? Seems he's been there for half of Self's Big12 championships.

I'll say it again......NOBODY wants to play Texas at Texas.....they're just a different team at home against ranked opponents. Smart may be the coach of the year

Can't dismiss excellence just because of domination. I think it is consistently overrated, however it's more that people think it is WAY better than the other conferences when the difference is typically much smaller.

I think the Big 12 is really good. Kansas has an unfair advantage in Allen field house. Big 12 beat up on the Sec pretty good and has signature wins over Kentucky, Villanova, and North Carolina.

Agreed. Same for football. The SEC has recently been the best conference IMHO. But the gap between it and the other P5s isn't as wide as it is made out to be.

Baylor looks like an elite 8 team with some seniors. Kansas is still the class of the conference. If Josh Jackson didn't have a terrible shooting form, he would be the number 1 overall pick. His defense is elite.
