Seeds are from Ranking the Heisman Trophy Winners of the BCS Era on NFL and CFB Success

*Bush is not included on the list, so I put him at #16. Completes the bracket. Ranking is also by their CFB and NFL careers, but it is the best list I found.

Vote solely based on their Heisman winning season.

This Week (Wed-Sun)

This Thread - #8 Seed Robert Griffin III (2011) vs #9 Seed Tim Tebow (2007)
Other Thread - #1 Seed Cam Newton (2010) vs #16 Seed Reggie Bush (2005, vacated)

No repeat matchups in this bracket. Loser of semis goes for 3rd.
Higher seed wins tie breaker.

Come on.
Baylor or Florida.

Who did more with what??

Man you know the Tebow mythos will never die

You got fools here that think Tebow was a better QB than Cam Newton or VY......despite the fact he lost more than twice as much as both

RG3 played in a no defense conference.

The stat that matters:

National Championships - Tebow: 1, Griffin 0.

Better season.

Edit: nevermind, forgot he didn't win the national championship that year.

Crazy. Personally, I think RG3 is one of the most dynamic college football players I have seen in recent memory. He is the reason (in my opinion) that Baylor got to be as good as it was. I can't say the same about Tebow, even though I love the guy as a person.

Is this some kind of joke? TT holds all the records. Passing in a bowl game, rushing, etc....and overall badassery.

Love RGIII, but chucking hail marys in a shitty conf. is a whole different world than the war of uber-talent in the SEC in Tebow's day.
