The "assault" part may be new. But, according to my Baylor alumni brother in law, the good little boys and girls have always been rather promiscuous once they got to Baylor and out from under the thumbs of mom and dad. (Probably were in HS too but mom and dad wouldn't admit it.) Baylor has always treated that part like the sick aunt that all the family knows exists but refuses to acknowledge it.

So, to sum it up, Baylor has always been more like any other university instead of the goody, goody image they've wanted to project.

I was recruited by them when I was in HS. Trust me, they are just like every other program in that regard. Our first night on campus, we're eating in the cafeteria, and girls who had no idea who we were came to the table making indecent proposals......I mean not even introducing themselves, and I was all of 17 at the time, and looked it.

Never saw those chicks the rest of the visit. We weren't with any coaches or players at the time, so they had no idea who we were......they were just throwing pussy at us.

As a former soldier I can tell you that with the exception of that kid from West Virginia, the entire Charlie Company would have gone for it.

We got to kick them out of the Big 12.

This is insane. The school cannot go 2 years without another r*pe or murder scandal.

There is a Big 12 clause for morality and institutional control to insure continued membership.

It is actually less burdensome and carries less standards than the NCAA similar rules.

If nothing else, withhold all conference monies until they can get their shit together.

Before long, this is going to hurt the other teams recruiting (both academically and athletically) by association.

What got me in trouble later that weekend was that my escort on campus was the girlfriend of one of the basketball players, and everybody knew it. So seeing me around her got me some attention and ass........but the dorms at Baylor in the 90s sucked. They had bunk beds with a desk at the bottom and the bed on top, but the mattress to the ceiling was like 2, maybe 3 feet. So there wasn't any room to do anything on the bed, you had to handle business on the floor

What was hilarious was you could see all these red lines on the ceiling from people probably waking up and busting their heads on that ceiling.....

Whether this round is true or not Baylor deserves the death penalty.

Two more Baylor players 'separated' from team due to sexual assault allegations

Hearing it was consensual, but the players filmed the two equestrian members unknowingly.

How does it take 4 months to investigate this though? Why release this information if there has been no formal convictions?

Sexual assault allegations on campuses are getting really messy. What the fuck happened to due process?

I'll reserve judgment until there is more information. Sexual assault these days could be anything including farting in the presence of a woman or looking like you wanted to have sex with a woman.

Even before #MeToo, Washington coach Chris Petersen was saying, ‘Listen, guys, wake up!’

From the link:

Over the past few years, Alexis Jones has traveled the country to speak to some 200 college football programs about sexual assault and violence against women.

“I’ve spoken at the biggest and baddest programs out there,” she said, “and there is such a discrepancy with coaches who understand that it’s not enough to just win anymore. The good ones know that, hey, part of my job title now means ushering young men into adulthood.”

Of all the coaches Jones has encountered none, she says, has embraced the issues of sexual assault and sex education more proactively, more honestly, than Washington’s Chris Petersen.

“He deserves all the credit for leading the way,” Jones said.
