Did anyonecactually get to see the game last night? Wasn't even on BTN up here.
Hey guise, I'm back after getting permabanned (my negotiating skillz r off tha chainz)....doubt any of ya realized I was gone.
ForkyFork, just got to see the highlights....checked FirstRowSports but they didn't have the stream up either.
And great Dayne is still a Negative Nancy.
Yep. Saw the whole thing on FirstRow (somebody broke into my apartment and stole my TV, so that's all I got). I was expecting a much tighter game. Our guards were laughably better than theirs.
We got Eastern Kentucky next. They aren't hideous (7-3, OT loss to VCU). Take care of business and we get a 2-7 SWAC team for the undefeated non-conference.
We don't have to stay #4 for us to enjoy it now.
Someone stole your fuggin TV?
Yep. Left for school one day. Returned home with my door jammed in and my television gone. It's probably at some underground thrift shop in East St. Louis for $25.
Is the area around WashU generally pretty good, or no?
Did you report this? Did they pick the lock or smash and grab? In terms of a link that works for streaming try VIPBox is Now FreeVIP - CoolSport Streams Online - VIPBox Sports On Demand For Free. It has worked for all badger football and basketball game this year.
On the basketball side, I really feel like Bronson deserves to be a starter or at the very least more minutes. He's the best ball handler/passer we've had since Devin Harris. He's probably the best all around player on this squad. Unfortunately Bo won't allow the better players to play if they're freshmen. Even if the guy in front of him is completely inept.
South and West of Wash U is safe. East is mostly Forest Park, but pretty sketchy North of the park. North is fine until Delmar, but hellish a little bit from there.
I don't really live near campus, though. I live by the med school. My neighborhood is pretty nice, but one of the worst neighborhoods in the city is just north of here.
I feel like someone has started as a freshman before for Bo, but I can't think of anyone...
Harris and Tucker just happen to be two of the greatest Badgers of All TIME. However the upperclassman they had to compete with was limited. With Tucker they had 1 senior and one Junior and the rest were freshman and sophomores. Harris' team had 2 seniors and 1 junior. Since this era of elite freshmen players ended a decade ago, now for a freshmen to receive starting spots or solid minutes an injury would have to occur.
I'm not saying to start Bronson now, but a slow increase of minutes will pay dividends for him and this team. Eventually mid way or a third of the way finished with the season I feel he will earn the starting spot.
I'm on a bus, so I can't watch. but we are rolling a solid Eastern Kentucky team right now. 65-37 with 11 minutes to go.
It's scary, but it seems like this team is actually improving at the moment.
Illinois vs Wisconsin
Badgers 10 point favorites
I liked the old banner better than this new one...
Yeah, what the hell? This needs more Russell.
And 41-18 Badgers right now. I keep trying to keep my hopes in check, but it's tough to keep denying that this team is really really good.
Pick up your shit Wisconsin! Quit losing!
