my awful relationship with my ex finally ended for good a few months ago. that stress is gone, and it was 24/7. also, since ive been on my own again (since october) i eat a lot less. started walking 3 miles a night, tons of curls and pushups.
i was 286 this time last year. im around 240 now. im packing on some bulk too. i forgot how easily i can do that.
