In a statement that defies all type of intuitive or accumulated knowledge, @handicappers claimed that Bernie Williams, Hank Aaron, and Roberto Clemente are all better than Babe Ruth and Willie Mays. While he's wrong on all six statements, let's focus on the greatest margin: Ruth vs. Bernie Williams. While you may feel this is so stupid to even respond, please vote just so we can get a consensus.

I apologize for wasting all your time. Vote, and move on. If handicappers responds, don't read unless you have aspirin for your headache handy.

I feel the Bern 2016! I have to side with Handicappers since Babe Ruth is so establishment.

Which one in the pic?

BTW...

I took the Bambino...cuz he could pitch too.
Wait, if he had never pitched a game in his career, would you have taken Williams?

Post season Bernie......even proves my point more.

Ruth played when no Negroes or Latinos played.....and their were only 16 teams full of part time farmers, milkmen and scallywags. Ruth played against far inferior competition.

Omar couldn't just leave this debate to one thread......he had to feel the Bern on a second thread as well.

Maybe when Omar turns 20, the 'stupid' will drain out of his vulva.

For some reason Hank Aaron just hasn't got enough love. In my opinion he's still the all-time HR leader.

Babe Ruth post season: .326/.470/.744 in 167 PA

Bernie Williams post season: .275/.371/.480 in 545 PA

Not that 545 PA could make up for the huge gap anyway. Even when you cherry pick things, you can't be right.

Not cherry picking.....Bernie faced far superior competition, including pitchers. Your stupidity and your impressive obsession with meaningless stats amuses me. You're like the Rain Man of the MLB stat website.....or is it Sling Blade?
