Series premire tonight at 10 on FX
From the preview I saw its about a guy wanting to manage a rapper in the Atlanta rap scene. It looks like its for hip-hop junkies but should likely tie in some good intrigue with lots of ambition and bad influences.I haven't seen a preview that makes it look interesting. The preview I saw didn't even let me know what the show was about.
It sounds like what that lame ass movie called ATL with TI should have been about. From the preview I saw its about a guy wanting to manage a rapper in the Atlanta rap scene. It looks like its for hip-hop junkies but should likely tie in some good intrigue with lots of ambition and bad influences.
Probably something I would've watched 10 years ago but it seems dated to me. Getting rave reviews but the gf has zero interest and my backlog is quite long so its a pass for now.
I liked Donald Glover on Community, and early Childish Gambino (his new music is not enjoyable to me). The problem is, he has become an egomaniac and a world class tool from the interviews I've seen. So very torn between if I will or even want to watch.big donald glover fan so i will watch it... and likely give it another episode if not good....

Honestly never had any interest, just because I wan't a major fan of the comedy crew he use to run around with on youtube. Honestly I can tend to be a ratings snob, despite how flawed the ratings are by critics. Will need to check it out.My favorite thing he was in was Mystery Team... Great movie... and i know not many people have watched it...
I haven't heard one bad word about this show. I'm on it dogonnitt. Starting tonight.Third episode was tonight. I don't need to see anymore to make an assessment. It's fantastic. Must watch, tell your friends
9/20: FX has renewed new comedies Atlanta and Better Things.
Good. Atlanta definitely deserves it. Better Things...eh, I'm still wait and see on that
