A's are currently at 5-8, with the Mariners sitting at 6-4.

Here are the probable pitchers:

Friday, April 13 @ 7:10pm PST
Mike Leake (3.00 ERA) vs. Andrew Triggs (2.53 ERA)

Saturday, April 14 @ 6:10pm PST

Marco Gonzales (7.27 ERA) vs. Kendall Graveman (9.45 ERA)

Sunday, April 15 @ 1:10pm PST

Felix Hernandez (6.60 ERA) vs. Sean Manaea (1.74 ERA)

Go M's! Hopefully we can get a solid outing out of both Felix and Gonzales this go around.

Thanks for making this. I hate playing the As. Always seems like no matter how crappy their are, it's a tough battle. Lollypop arm Khrys (or however she spells it) Davis likely good for a couple long balls over the weekend.

Should be seeing the return of Ben G tomorrow and maybe Nellie during the weekend, according to what I heard this morning. I will feel pretty good going into Sunday if we have Leake on the mound for the series win, but of course the chance for a sweep would be even better.

No more injuries, please!

Two weeks or so into the season and I can say I am not a big fan of the new schedule. I am sure the players like it, but for me there is no flow to the schedule. Play 2 games take a day of in same series. Play a few more and take a Sunday off? Baseball succeeds because it takes you away from reality on an almost daily basis. Now it just seems drug out, exposing it as a long season.

Would sorta be anti-climactic if after some fairly encouraging reports earlier in the week, Gamel isn't able to return tomorrow....during Ben Gamel cap night.

I like that we have our ace (Leake) on the mound tomorrow to start this thing off!

Ya, what happened to his remarks from Kansas City that Cruz and Gamel are back Friday and Zunino this weekend? Gamel sure seems ready after his few games in the minors. And not a fan of him saying he will carry another OF. So Motter down so Romine will play 1st?

I'd rather be cautious for an extra few days now than bring them back ASAP and they re-injure and are out weeks or months.

I gotta believe when Gamel is back Ichiro has to be let go and Dipoto doesn't want to put it out there due to the backlash he would receive from nostalgic fans, not the ones that somewhat understand baseball.

The only one you'd have to worry about is Zunino. Cruz could still have been playing with his ankle and Gamel has been fine has been cleared for a week. I'm not sure why those two are questionable for tonight. I'm wondering if they are delaying Gamel to figure out whether Heredia goes down or to allow Ichiro to have a retirement day or something.

I am not surprised the timetable on Zunino keeps slowly getting pushed back. A two week time table on any kind of oblique injury is just too optimistic.

I don't think you can really take any team for granted, but I'm thinking we may be holding off on Gamel & Nellie since it's "only" Oakland and they would rather be sure to have them both back for Houston on Monday.

That makes sense to me-however the A's have a way of taking advantage of our over confidence attitude with them.
