Parents do, but I don't believe they allow anyone to hunt on our land. I think they have only let one person hunt there in the last few years and he was a bow hunter.

There is a bunch down in Nemaha/Richardson county where I hunt.

Have you ever looked through those detailed maps they have at Cabela's?

when I drive up to omaha, right after I cross the Platte on I80 There is some guys land right next to that plane monument. Over in the Treeline there are litterally HUNDREDS of deer there, but you can't hunt. Its rediculious.

i went deer hunting IN mahoney state park

they had a special hunt thing to try to get the population under control, but...... all the deer moved over to carrol joy holling (spelling?) and we cant shoot over there

but there are TONS of deer in that area but you just cant legally hunt them

Too bad your not closer to the south....Gerogia actually!

I have around 10 guys that I know and they are all part of groups that lease property from owners who allow them to hunt. My tournament fishing partner just bagged a nice 10 point buck on his property which is about 15 miles from where I live.

I know that doesnt help you.

Ive got some calls out to some of my old running buds in Omaha to see if they know of anything. If I hear back from them, I'll leave the information on here for you.

Im taking it your talking about your doe tag if your hunting this late. In that case just ask around. There are always farmers/ranchers who are more than willing to let a doe off their land.
