Half point PPR league. Get to keep 5 (first 5 picks)

Start- 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX plus IDP's (can't be kept), D/ST, K

Options:

QB- Brees, Goff
RB- Freeman
WR- Evans, Hill, Diggs
TE- Ertz, Howard

Only two that really in my mind are no brainers are Evans and Hill. Probably keeping Freeman because it gets thin after 12 teams keep an average of 1.5 running backs leaving very low end RB2 options (Barkley, Chubb, Michel, Guice, Penny all likely gone by my pick 9 or 21).

Torn at QB. Can keep both for however long, no limit.

What do ye think? Thanks in advance

Now even after I post that, I feel like Hill isn't exactly a no brainer

of course he is a no brainer... in a redraft is he a top 4 round player?? of course... so unless you had loaded keepers, he has to be a keeper... as long as I am thinking about Tyreek

I would definitely keep your 3 WRs and your RB... that is 4... the 5th is a question mark... Ertz is a top 5 TE, so maybe you go him just so you have that elite TE... But if you don't have to keep 5, I would probably not keep any of the rest...

Have to keep 5. So you're not keeping either QB? I usually keep 1 there, had been Russ for a few years but eventually downgraded to Brees (not the worst thing in the world)

how many teams are in this league?? if 14 or less, then Brees is barely a 5th round pick...

agree with Milk - make QB a priority in the draft if you really feel like you need one

keep your RB/WR and Ertz

you don't have any other keeper worthy RBs besides Freeman?

Not even in the potentially draft again this year category. Running back was BAD last year for this team. Scraped by with a solid D/ST and IDPs plus 3 top 20 wide receivers to finish 3rd

Yeah I've looked at it for different angles to try and not agree with everybody else, but I can't, it has to be Freeman, Ertz and the three wide receivers.

I'd give Brees as a consideration. Depending on your league (and you may know better than anyone how the other owners draft), Brees could go in the top 5 rounds.

Give me Evans, Hill, Diggs, Freeman & Brees. TE are a dime a dozen.

I can understand the argument for Ertz. But in a partial keeper league where you lose the first 5 rounds, i would lean toward keeping the players most likely to be drafted in the first 5 rounds. Not sure Ertz is there imo.

he's there, according to our draft results, and 40th overall on fantasypros ECR

Brees is 65th overall against ECR, as the QB7

So you're saying I wasted my 4th round pick in suicide? Or that I didn't pick him? ;)

Ertz has been real steady with catches and yardage. However until last year he was lacking the TDs. If he goes back to the norm, he's going to be way less valuable.

I'd go 3 receivers, freeman, ertz.

You can get a QB any time
