.... Still think the Cavs are going to make the finals? Its the end of the Road for Mr. James. Guess we'll see him colluding in GS or SA next year taking the LeEasyWayOut like he's been doing since 2011

I like when the Cavs lose as much as anyone. But they only care about getting to the playoffs rested and healthy.

Yes, they are still going to the finals.

    The real question is:
Why does this need it's own thread?

Not only will they not make the finals, I'm saying they don't make the ECF.

They have 40 games to get IT worked into the system. They will wind up a top 4 seed and likely roll through the playoffs because Lebron is still Lebron.

That would be sweet if he came to Golden State.

    LeBron/Klay/Dray/Steph/KD....wins 76 games and goes 16-0

    With what money?

They could barely afford Swaggy P last season

I think by now we can expect the same story with the Lebrons. Lots of manufactured drama, intrigue with a key player's injury, coaching rumors...they will still reach the ECF

Going to be interesting, you should never count out Lebron and the Cavs but they're really playing some bad basketball as of late, wonder if they can pick it back up as the season enters the 2nd half or if this could be the beginning of the end for them.

Every team Lebron has been with, his last year seems more dramatic than the other years. Like everyone knows he's leaving including Lebron

That said OP is a Lebron hater

Unfortunately, you are correct. Can't stand the Cavs, so I'd like to see them do as bad as possible but even as a Cavs hater I'm not too excited about this recent bad stretch. Sure, it's better than them winning and gives me an ounce of hope that they'll fail but they do this every year and always have no trouble getting to the finals in the easy east. It will happen again.

Maybe. They aren’t looking good but we have seen this exact scenario in previous years. I expect them to pick up a big piece before the trade deadline. The chemistry still needs some time with IT and they need to improve their defense, if possible lol

Thought about this. But what do they have to give up for Anthony Davis and will that GM sacrifice the farm and then Lebron leaves? Again

He didn't say specifically it had to be Anthony Davis. I don't think Davis is going anywhere. And if he did, only the Celtics have what it takes and might be willing to trade it to get him.
