I watched the full eclipse in Smithton, Illinois. Southeast of St Louis.

Everyone from Wisconsin and Chicago had come south to view it. Normally, the drive is roughly four hours, traffic was going 33 MPH north up I55. It sucked.

Drivers(me included) were using their GPS to go to the two lane highways through the small towns, the small towns had to bring out police for traffic control. It did not matter how you went north from St Louis to Chicago. Traffic just sucked.

I went up by Dayton TN to catch 100% eclipse. A 45 minute drive going up. 3 and a half hours heading back. Damn there was a lot of cars.

Traffic? I got yer traffic! Prineville, Oregon for me. Traffic backed up for 30 miles of hippies with man buns. Top THAT! LOL Totality was cool, though...almost made up for the hassles!

Man buns...all the rage in hairstyles. It's just what it sounds like. A guy with long hair done up in a bun on the top of his head. Gives the wearer that distinctive air of ridiculousness.

Ah. You mean a bitch button.
