The 24-year-old Brassard has two goals and two assists in 18 games. He's the Blue Jackets' first round pick (6th overall) in 2006.

Agents need to STFU about playing time. I actually think Brassard is a good player but he needs to tell his agent to shut his cakehole.

If Brassard wants playing time, he needs to prove he deserves to be out there more than RyJo and Carter. Which he can't. He's not even outplaying Letestu right now. And that battle shouldn't even be close. Letestu has heart, but not a lot else.

At this point, I am not seeing any downside to offering Mason/Brassard for Luongo's contract. If Vancouver would bite...
