    Draft Barkley at 1, trade the 4 for Smith, use your other picks to trade back into the bottom of round one and get a QB to groom.

    Browns aren't bad on D, receivers are ok, line is all right. Those 2 moves make you a playoff contender next year and you buy time gor your young QB

    I dont understand why Cleveland wouldn't just draft a QB and start him like everyone else. Kizer as a developmental backup.

    The reason why Cleveland keeps screwing up is that they try to get cute with the QB position.

    Brady Quinn was a late 1st rounder. Not a top pick
    Brandon Weedon was a late 1st rounder. Not a top pick
    Johnny Manziel was a late 1st rounder. Not a top pick
    Kizer was a 2nd rounder. Not a top pick

    I know they have Tim Couch in their background but they've gotten in a lot more trouble lately by passing on QBs at the top of the draft

    Gordon and Coleman are both solid . TE is ok. They've got better skill guys than a lot of teams actually especially if they draft Barkley. You could trade a few of your plehtora of picks to move back into the first and get a QB.

    Cleveland lost a lot of close games and many more because Kizer turned the ball over . Adding Smith is perfect for them actually . North is dog shit save Pitt. Make those moves I think Cleveland is a 9 win team next year

    Gordon hasn't been any good since 2013, Pryor doesn't even play for them. While Kizer was arguably the worst qb in football.

    Browns and Broncos are the two teams that really got crushed by turnovers.

    I could see an Alex Smith led Browns team going 7-9 in 2018. I'm just not sure why you'd do that.
