Stupid question time -- Sorry if it's been answered before (I'm "new")... why don't we see people do that in the NHL, during games? Is it illegal?

(I mean besides the fact that it must be hard to pull off...)

I think a coach would be mighty pissed off if a player tried something like that during a game?

Too many things can go wrong and take away from a scoring chance I would imagine?
