Well, they just held WVU (#18 in total yards/game at 486) to 273 total yards and 14 points (17 below WVU's average). That defense also held FSU to 407 yards (70 yards below average) and 20 points (15 below average).

WVU's offense has been held close to that 4 different times this year in conference play. I would hope Diaz could come up with a good game plan with almost 4 weeks of preparation.

• Texas only gave up 24 points but 383 yards
• OU 20 points 421 yards

The 14 points and 276 yards were both season lows for WVU.

Okie jr held WVU to 20 and baylor held them to 24 as well. You're acting like WVU was this high scoring offense. They are ranked like #55 in the country in scoring offense, which puts them at #7 in the Big 12 regarding scoring offense. Shit, even Texas had a higher scoring offense.

OSU also gave up 421 yards
Baylor 440 yards

I never made the claim that WVU was 95 Huskers offense. They did average 485 yards and 31 points a game. That terrible DC at Miami was able to hold them to 276 yards and 14 point. The lowest of the season in both categories. Just imagine what a good DC could do with that Miami defense.
