That little spurt at about 3:50 mark that put Heels up 6 really hurt Duke. That and Grayson missing FT's and Matt Jones being useless offensively.

Yep that spurt ended the game. Couldn't get enough defensive stops after UNC went up 6 to win the game.

I am hoping Giles can play baseball so Duke gets something out of his athletic scholarship.

I forgot the tournament is in the Barclay Center in Brooklyn. SU will draw a decent crowd there so that may have some impact on SU games. I think they can whip UM in Brooklyn.

On-line prices are not that bad. Paying for a place to stay could be pricey though. Is there decent subway access to the barkley center?

Duke? Nah but maybe Louisville. I think the ceiling for duke is a 2 seed

Yea there is. Where are you coming from? Several trains stop right there. Go up some escalators and you're in front of Barclays

But do you have any suggestions on a direct line from the barkley that runs out of the city with some stops in decent areas? I could look up some hotels and drive there...hop the train into the barkley center...that stuff works.

The 2,3,4,5,N,Q, & R all runs out of the city to barclays center. They just run in different parts of Manhattan. The 2 & 3 runs on the west side of Manhattan. 4 and 5 runs on the east side. The Q/N/R makes stops on both the east and west side of Manhattan but also stops by Canal Streeet and in soho

Maybe you can find something by times square or close to grand central. Would be a 20 minute commute to barclays from those areas

In the city hotels have been pretty expensive in the past. I haven't looked in a long time though. I'll be driving so parking is always an issue for us out of town'rs but I'm looking at things.
