Acc looking like the strongest conference in Football next year

7 teams in schlabaths top 25 preseasonn. That conference for a change could be extremely tough next year, possibley on the same level as the SEC and Big 12

Second, as a fan of a team in the ACC I hope this is true, but given the track record and previous preseason hypes I'll have to wait and see it first hand. Most of the teams have the potential (Miami, NC, Clemson, VT, FSU, GT), but potential means nothing when it comes down to game time.

ACC sucks and is a shitty conference. Nobody in that conference can run the table or make it through with 1 loss, and its not because its "tough" and they "beat eachother up" Its just a conference with 8 teams that are relatively medicore and equal in talent. The best teams in the ACC (VTech/GTech) would lose on a consistance basis to the SEC. And I am not even going to beat my chest about the big 12 right now, because last year was a down year, and this year doesn't look to bright when you look at how many people the big 12 is losing to the draft.

And this is exactly why Nebraska is sitting in great position next season....coming off the way we finished out this season, and the fact that we have everyone back on offense and special teams. The schedule just plain stacks up real well for Nebraska.

If that's the incident I'm thinking of (like '03 or '04) then they did catch them. They were from Ralston and it was in all the local papers.

with the exception of VT i dont think any of those schools could compete in a BCS game

and thats really what its all about, look at cincy, a lot of talk all year and they got raped in a BCS game
