Boy what a fun two years it's been starting out the season for our teams. Last year you guys get to open up in a match-of-the-century-esqe game and come out on top with both teams pulling no punches. This year Gurley proved just a bit too much for the rebuilding Tigers. Over the past two years our fan bases have been able to see some electrifying games in out-of-this-world environments.
I for one would love to see Clemson and UGA play a home-and-home once a decade to try to rekindle the flame of this all but extinguished rivalry. And while starting out last season 0-1 for the dawgs was no fun and starting out 0-1 for Clemson this year won't be either, I know that both teams are better off having played these games than if they had just rolled Southeastern Missouri State University for the Blind onto the home turf and creamed them.
Best of luck to Clemson for the rest of the year and here's to both of us showing those Cocks who's boss!
