Archer has a 4.00+ ERA the past two years. He doesn't walk many. Past season 60 BB, 240 K. Not too shabby, I guess. But there may be better out there.

They will be grabbed soon. Shit or get off the pot. We will have to part with a draft pick or trade an outfielder
to get a solid pitcher.

Phils have cash. Can’t they be one of the grabbers for the Cy’s out there? Actually, most of the time, it’s the fully developed teams that are mostly there now who will get the best guys available. Klentak will have to be smart and aggressive, and maybe he is.

tocci wound up going 2-28 with the rangers. 2 singles and 13 strikeouts. a .071 average/.188 obp/.259 ops. i think he's just sitting on their bench now.

love whoever that random guy was, complaining about galvis. 28 year old scrub in his prime with a .299 obp/.654 ops. it's a shame all we got was a 22 year old starting pitcher with a 1.63 era at AAA.

fans really are fucking stupid. i just saw someone complaining about santana a few weeks ago.

I’m older than you, I bet. I was at Shibe when we got swept by the Yankees in 1950. Just kidding. But I clearly recall the Phillies 1964 decline which turned me to drugs.
