No it's clean, check it out. It's too late to enter this season but I think you'll find it interesting especially if you're a golf fan. Most notable person who plays is Jim Nantz.
Usually about 100 people play.

Rules
1. All entries are made at the beginning of the year. The pick for the Mercedes Championship must be received by midnight (EST) on Wednesday January 6th, 2010 (or postmarked by Jan. 6th if mailing your entry). The final deadline for all remaining picks must be received by midnight (EST) on Wednesday January 13th (or postmarked by Jan. 13th if mailing your entry). No exceptions to this deadline are allowed.
2. You pick one player per tournament. You can only use a player once per year. If you do pick a player more than once per year, only the first time will count. Any subsequent picks will be ignored.
3. You earn whatever money that player earns the week you pick them. If the player misses the cut, withdraws, is disqualified, is sick, injured, stayed home that week, playing in another tournament, or for any other reason, is not playing in the tournament the week you picked him you earn nothing.
4. Only "Official PGA TOUR Money" counts. Meaning, if the PGA TOUR counts it, we count it. Otherwise, we don't.
5. The commissioner has the right to refuse any entry deemed "non competitive".
6. The entry fee is $75. If paying by check, it should be made payable to Rob Davis.
7. $5 of each entry will be sent to the charity of the overall winner’s choice. It must be a qualified 501(c)(3) designated charity as determined by the IRS (or equivalent charity if in Canada).
8. In order to cover my costs in running Pick Your Pro (i.e., web hosting and domain name registration fees), I will be withholding $150 from the purse.

I actually already do Yahoo's fantasy golf league, Me and 13 other buddies all threw in $50. Their rules are way different than the ones above.

They have a lottery system also. My buddy Dave hit for four in 07 it was just for the Wednesday practice round, but in some ways it was probably better because 1. You could take pictures & 2. We were able to walk the course basically by ourselves when the par 3 contest was going on.

When I went to Medinah in '06 for the PGA Championship the practice rounds cost $25 a day.....cheap as dirt. This year I looked into going to the PGA Championship again and all they had were like 3-4 day packages that cost $200+
