So you're saying there's a chance UF doesn't get shut out vs Bama this year?
You can get the ball to your own 36 at least once. Right?

The Gators don’t get shut out very often. In fact, you have to go all the way back to 1988 for the last time a team managed to blank the Florida offense, the longest such streak in the SEC.

Not that impressive. The other day Lavar Ball kicked a 90 yard FG.:D

If you were a big baller and you had a pair of $500 sneakers, you could kick a 90-yard field goal too.

There used to be a rule that if you made a fair catch you could try a field goal attempt without the other team having an attempt to block it. Not sure if its still in place in college football (or if it ever was). But who knows it might be worth a try if you have an 81 yard kicker.

Fair catch kick - Wikipedia

As your link pointed out, it is only a professional or high school rule. Not sure why college doesn't institute it if the others do, but considering it's a rare phenomenon, I guess they don't see a reason to do so. However, that could be a game changer and I think should be added.

As already pointed out in this thread, kicking an 81 yard field goal in practice is certainly impressive, but doubtful it could be pulled off in an actual game with a rush. The Fair Catch Kick without a rush would be the only way I could see it occurring due to the trajectory needed. Even when the tee was allowed years ago, I think 70 yards is about the limit facing a rush. I bet Sports Science probably has a breakdown on this already showing velocity at impact and trajectory needed to reach 70+ yards and then compare to the height needed to get over the rush. If not, it would take a few minutes to figure it out assuming velocity at impact was known.

Long kick, but would get blocked in a game.

Needs to get him a wall to put up to kick over for practice.

Loft looked pretty good on it to me!

I hope we have a good center who can snap it about 25 yards. With that kinda' leg, he can just keep backing up. We should've just kicked a FG on 1st downs last year.

Thats nice sweetie, but 81 yard field goals means your offense sucks... good luck with that!
and still good enough to win the east Division SEC and play for the sec championship... how did Michigan fare in theirs? hmmm....

Back in the 70's I think there were three kickers in the Southwest conference who hit 67 yard field goals.(little at Arkansas, erxlaben at Texas and Franklin at A&M) But that was back in the day when if you missed field goal, the other team got the ball at the 20 yard line, not where you kicked it from. If you miss an 81 yard field goal, the other team will get the ball inside your 35 yard line. They will automatically be in field goal range.
