I getting settled. I have the real work on hold while I have had GCs look at my kitchen. I am coming to the realization that what I want done is going to run more than I a man ready Tom spend right now, so now I need to move forward withought taking out the wall between my kitchen and fam room. Kinda bummed about that.

No nearby fires, luckily. I live between a couple canyons (north Mira Mesa, if you are familiar with the area), so it is potentially a fire area, but there have not been any fires in the area in recent memory, and it is a built up area. I feel safe.

He is going into A2 and he only made 3.4M this year. My WAG for his sal next year would be 3.9 - 4.2. Even for a util infielder that’s isn’t too bad.
