I mf'ing jinxed it

I probably jinxed it with my posts on HanRam, who drove in the winning run.

Rule #1 of Jinxes: wait until the game is over. Making comments about an opponents sukkitude during the game almost invariably leads to them doing something heroic.

Corallary to Rule #1 of Jinxes: making comments about the sukkitude of your own team's players during the game rarely has the same effect as a similar statement about another team. Especially the Dodgers.

Well said. I would add that what you have said about the sukkitude of one team generally applies to the excellence of another, though perhaps not as intensely so.

That being said, has Timmy come around to dependable non-sukkitude? He has QS in 4 of his last 5 games, and two of those have been on the road.

Well, put me in that group as well. The dogs had runners at the corners with 1 out, so even a flyball there wins that game for them.

that said, I'd be shocked if the Rockies can win even one game at LA with the kind of baseball they've been playing..

In his last 9 games he is 4-3, era is ~4.3, K/BB is ~3.

Before that he was 2-8, era 6.19

His last 2 games he is 2-0, era 1.38, but he is still giving us some torture moments.
