When the numbers are run on Blach, FIP and BABIP and all that, does that ball being hit hard for what should have been a single count against him or is an out an out or what?

I don't fully understand FIP, but I think it takes placement and mph off the bat into account. So I would assume that would have been a negative for Blach.
