Boch has officially said that Melancon is the closer, but that he would be eased back into the job.

I'm not sure what the heck the Giants are doing with MM. After the game, he said he still feels something in his arm and shrugged it off. Why the heck is he pitching? If he needs an operation, why not do it now? I really don't understand what's going on with him.
