I still check out CBSSports.com frequently. They just posted the over/under for every team in the conference this season. Here is the link (hopefully):

5Dimes has Iowa at 5.5 wins. The CBS author (Fornelli) is taking the over. 5Dimes has Iowa roughly 8th-11th in the conference - based on the over/under projections. Indiana, Purdue, Iowa & Minnesota are all projected with 5.5 wins. Illinois is at 3.5.

Time will tell on this...

not sure of the B10 bowl lineup but if we are at worst a 6-6 team, we are in a bowl, 6 wins should be doable, 9 should be the standard, but I think like y'all that 8 is where we land...does that put us in the Gator Bowl?

Many people on this thread truly believe that Iowa will win 8 or more games this season. We are in the minority here. The prognosticators are all picking Iowa in the bottom of their division this season, but the kool-aid that some love to drink has blinded their reality and senses. Too bad.

Time will tell on this years team.

Amen Hoops, for now we are all correct, cause no games have been played yet, so 1 win or 12, no one really knows...time will tell who will eat crow. I will maintain they have the talent to win 8, should win 9 and only their execution and some poor coaching decisions will get them less.

The thing is we base our prognostications on last year and what we know about the kids this year and our schedule and all that, none of us will know and heck KF doesn't even know really...not til they play the games.
