So, do the Lakers take Ball at #2? Hard to see the Celtics taking him at #1. Kid will be a good player, I think. His dad, not so much.

I agree. He has some serious issues. Half the time LaVar uses I when he means Lonzo. But, yes I think we will draft Ball then trade Clarkson along with Mozgov to the Nets for cap relief. And then next year get PG 13 in free agency and then trade Russell and Randle for another star player to get our big 3 or 4 depending on how well Ingram improves the next 2 years.

The going price for cap relief is a first round pick per player taken. I'm not sure the Lakers would or even should do that.
