just got back from att... great game, good outing by mattymo, some good defensive plays, 2hr!, and a quick 8 1/2 inninger...

only disturbing issue were the white (as in bleach white) uniforms. bring back the cream!

I was half-watching on tv, and I was having a hard time telling which team was which.

Two QSs, two FYWW, nice D, and adequate hitting=A STREAK. Just like the old days. There maybe hope for this season yet.

Just watched the condensed game and man did Craw just miss a fabulous play in the early innings, running back on a spinning swirling fly. It sure is good to see him back.

6 runs in 24.1 offensive innings =/= "adequate hitting"

These wins belong entirely to the pitching and D (with a splash ofCincy ineptitude sprinkled in for flavor).

The guy you are thinking of is buried in AAA behind the platoon duo of Pina/Bandy, who are putting on a hitting clinic (although both have cooled recently).

Last year, they scored 2-out RBI's regularly in the 1st half.

So far in 2017, they have done it only half the time (19 games, in which they are 8-11).

They have not had a 2-out RBI in the last 8 games (3-5 record)
