Sometimes you just have to be in the right place at the right time and have good credit
That's not saying Jerry has not "hyped" the Cowboys brand but if y'all remember he did some things early that other owners thought was beneath them. Anybody remember the DR Pepper Logo on the field in preseason at Texas Stadium ? The NFL is custom made for a guy like Jerry Jones who is a marketing genius.
Jerry Wipes made well over 1 million dollars for charity off a Joke back in 2012 when Jones SNL wiped his glasses and it went viral.
Say what you want but you have to tip your cap to one of the marketing genius's of our time.

Congrats Jerry as the old Smith Barney commercial says subbing Jerry for John Houseman " The Dallas Cowboys make me money the old fashioned way they Earn it"
