Kluber went 8 IP allowing 2 H and striking out 13 batters.

Mad Max threw a complete game 2 H shutout while striking out 10....oh yeah he stole a base as well

Justin Verlander went 7 allowing 4 H and finished with 9 strike outs.

Oh yeah, none of these pitchers allowed a run last night

It's a very nice start that's for sure....but tonight's game will only be #10 of 162.
Still gotta long way to go before making any prognostications.
We'll know much more by the All Star break.


That being said...

Given the crapshootidity that is playoff baseball, when it comes to "playing deep into october," there's always doubt. I don't care if you're looking at a team after 10 games, the ASB, or 162. Anything can happen.
