Boch could be top-10 in:

wins, losses and seasons with one more year. He'd be in the top-10 for those three, plus playoff wins, playoff appearances and World Series wins.

Six categories in the top-10 to seal his Hall of Fame status (probably already sealed in 2014, though)

I expect Boch to retire after this year as well, so I don’t think he will be the longest tenured, except maybe technically for a short time during the off season.
Interesting. There is some speculation that he is going to sign one more contract, about 3 years.

I know nothing about nothing, but that would shock me. He looks so frail, and he HAS had heart issues the last few years.

And why would he want to do that to himself for a team that doesn’t have a clear window in the foreseeable future?

I am not so pessimistic. Given a couple of good moves and continued success from the minors, they could contend next year.

His current contract end in 2019. Add three more years on top of that? I don't see it.

IMO 2019 makes too much sense for all parties involved (assuming the team doesn't completely dive-bomb in the standings)

He's been very good the last 8 weeks. Hope he keeps it up.

Yeah his overall numbers don't look great but since late May/early June he's been much better.

.279/.344/.483 over his last 41 games will get it done.

(I also think this was a precautionary promotion, but he's earned it as well)

IDK how TF this guy knows, but one of the beat writers retweeted him so.... Hopefully he's right!

I hope that Oliver Drake gets traded by the Twins this month, just so he can say he pitched for 6 big league teams in one year. Of course, he's already set the record for most teams played for in one year.
