Not sure how linem,an rate, but hopefully we entertain offers to Solder,Joeckel,Fluker and Stephenson............

The only way Solder leaves NE is if B and B retire.......I think that would be a great pickup.

But somehow if we can get a top rated wr,o-lineman and a d-lineman with our top two picks/freeagency,I think we are definetley in contention next season............

Solder is going nowhere, because I don't think either of those two guys are retiring. We likely have 4 of our 5 O-line starters slotted, unless we let go of Sitton to pickup some cap-space. Which I don't think we will, as he was still very good this past year until the injury that ended his season.

Massie is the only guy I really see being pushed out, but who knows?

I want to build a young line through the draft, and let Hiestand be apart of that process. Leno and Whitehair seem to be locked in for now. Sitton is good, but old as stated. Long ideally will be here for the long haul, but he's another big injury away from his outlook getting really discouraging.

I'm sure we'll probably get one or two of Heistand's Notre Dame guys in here over the next couple of years. At some point, drafting OL high is probably a priority to go along with our young QB. Maybe this year? A lot of different ways we could go. Probably a lot depends on what we do in free agency.

they committed to leno and long and I doubt either live up to their deals. Long I could see getting that extension, but not Leno, he did not prove anything. They should at least see if he could handle the right side and get a stud at left. Massie was never going to grow into a left tackle, which is the big reason you sign a free agent for the right side.

I think Leno played good enough this year, and as I've previously mentioned, his durability is a major plus. It makes him, IMO, our most consistent lineman.
