Kinda bugged Weezer is skipping us. Only stop on the whole tour that they are not on the bill?? They pick up again Saturday in Washington too and finish the tour?? what the fuck

I haven't seen Sleigh Bells live. Their recorded sound is interesting (like pop with more guitar crunch), but I get your reaction.

Ya, it was like an edgier Tiffany concert.


If there was a mute on the singer, the band wasn't awful per se, but it still seemed a little too prepubescent fer muh likes

Last time I saw Weezer it was the same with their opening band (Panic At The Disco). All the heavy girls were out of their minds for Panic, and many left before Weezer came out.

Search and Destroy and Sonic Reducer with Mark Arm, Steve Turner, and Kim Thayil was a highlight.



They came out at 8:30 and went till midnight. Sort of a deep/rare setlist too. It was epic.

Sept.1st going to see my favorite band of the 80`s,Tom Kiefer of Cinderella...….Loved that band.

I know,its not the original band,but its the original singer and anyone can play guitar,but not everyone has that distinct voice that can`t be replaced...…...Tom Kiefer has/had that voice...…...

Tom has had issues with his voice,but hopefully the surgeries hes had helps him get back what he once had...…….

It still should be a great show...…..Especially for 30$ a tix.

B-52s and Boy George tonight at DTE which will always be Pine Knob to me. Yes.. Boy George. My wife is a fan. But we both like the B-52s. It's been 35 years since we saw them there for the first time and they always put on a fun show.

This worked out well. It was an 80s night. The B-52s set was before Boy George and The Culture Club... no idea why he was following them but it worked out for me. The B-52s put on a great show and had the whole place on their feet. After about 5 songs into Boy George's set my wife asked me "do we like this ?". I said you know he's not my thing..he's your Boy George and I'll stay as long as you like. He then did Do You Really Want to Hurt Me. When it ended my wife said "I'm good" and we split and missed .. well most of the traffic as many were doing the same thing.
