Noles now 6-0. Beat Troy 6-5 with a walk-off hit in the bottom of the 9th.

We never trailed in the game but they caught us at 5 in the 7th.

Hutchingson struck out the side in the top of the 9th fanning their Number 4, 5 and 6 men
in the order.

Salvatore walked for FSU leading off the 9th. Lueck singled him to second. Applin went
down swinging. Raleigh walked to load the bases. Mendoza singled thru the right side
for the win.

Decent outing for Parrish. 5.1 IP, 2 BB's, 4 hits, 8 K's. 90 pitches though.

Tomm is a big game as Pollock will make his 1st career start.

Tigers take two in a row against Texas. Huge wins after an awful start against Notre Dame.

UCONN wins the weekend series against SE Louisiana to improve to 4-2.

The Huskies lost 6-2 on Friday before sweeping the doubleheader on Saturday 7-6 & 6-4.

UCONN travels to Jacksonville, FL on Friday to take on North Florida. Hopefully we win the Friday game, as we've lost the last two.

Noles now 7-0. Top Troy 9-4.

Pollock did ok. I soured on him early. Gave up 3 hits in the first 2 innings, including
a dinger. BUT, he settled down and went 6 full innings. Only 3 k's and a couple of bb's.
They got an unearned run in the 6th. Only 3 hits for the last 4 innings.

We hit the ball decent today. 10 hits...3 of them doubles and 1 triple. I would imagine
that Pollock will get the call next Sunday again.

We play our first road game on Tuesday when we drive over to Jacksonville to take on the
Dolphins. Next weekend we play 3 vs UNC-Asheville, in Tally.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The No. 11 Texas A&M Aggies wrap up their season-opening, nine-game homestand with games against Houston Baptist and Incarnate Word on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively. Both games have first pitch times of 6:32 p.m.

The Aggies are looking to start the season 9-0 for the first time since 2015 when they started 24-0.

Fans at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park have been witnesses to rarities in 2018, including cycles by Zach DeLoach and Chris Andritsos, as well as a school-record five-run performance by DeLoach.

On Monday, DeLoach earned SEC Freshman of the Week for the second consecutive week. He became just the second player in league history to earn SEC Freshman of the Week in consecutive weeks and the first player to garner the honor the first two weeks of his career.

Through two weekends, the Aggies lead the SEC in both batting average (.364) and earned-run average (1.43).

A pair of southpaws take the mound for the Aggies, including John Doxakis making his first start of the season and Dustin Saenz making his second career appearance.

The game will be available for viewing on SEC Network + with Will Johnson and Mark Johnson on the call. SEC Network + provides digital-only events to SEC Network subscribers through WatchESPN and the ESPN app on smartphones, computers, tablets and connected devices (Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox 360 and Xbox One). All games this season will be broadcast locally on SportsRadio 1150/102.7 The Zone.

Today's game vs JU is the 162nd game in the series.

JU is the 3rd most played team in FSU Baseball History behind Miami's 283 games and
Florida's 243 games.

FSU leads the series 124-37. (We're not fucking Dummies)

LSU falls to Southeastern 5-4

LSU has now been outscored 44-26 in the first five innings of its games this season, and has been trailing after five innings in seven of its nine games.

It appears this is going to be a frustrating year for the baseball Tigers fans.

Everyone I talk to agrees with your statement.

Slow start on offense in early innings as well. Leaving way to many on base in scoring position. Hopefully when they get healthy things will come together.
