Chevy's are for poor people.......................... that are smart enough not to buy a Ford.

:dhd:

Sheeet...poor people can't buy Fords anymore. I think an Explorer is over $40k and F-150s as much.

I know that, buy I never miss an opportunity to take a big dump on the blue oval :dhd:............ mostly because I've owned over 20 different cars and trucks in my life and the only 3 that were POS money pits were Fords.

Never again.

I've never had a POS. (knock on wood) My best was probably a Dodge Ram 150 that went for 250k with the guy I sold it to without ever a problem. Go figure...Dodge are supposed to be the worst.

I drove that '71 Mustang to work for 2 years without a breakdown...an '89 Wagoneer for 3 years before that and never got stranded once I corrected the stuff screwed up before me. The '92 MB 560SEL I had for awhile never broke but was an entitled whore for maintenance. Explorers, Grand Marquis, Town Cars, Caddy XTS and CTS and that SUV, Porsche 911, MB 500sl, cheap Taurus, Lincoln Blackwood, Land Rover and RR, etc...never a major problem.

This Grand Cherokee I have now is the 1st major breakdown I've had - when the tranny had to be replaced with 600 miles on the car. I still think it was a software problem....as Fiat tries to morph their stupid shit with American shit while having a German ZF tranny.

That's terrible.
what are those holes in the front of the truck for.

Vents for aerodynamics. They look much better on the GMC vs. the new Silverado, which stand out as flimsy aftermarket pieces that looked as if they were glued on or something. Really looks like shit.

Yeah the quality Explore starts at around 39K with the Limited starting at like 42K. I know since I was shopping around but totally out of my price range. The BASE model starts at like 29K
