You think Baylor will be able to beat anybody this year Cowboy? I can't see them beating anyone with a pulse...but I've been wrong before.

Not sure this year, but I really like their coach. Guys is nails on the defensive side. I just wonder how they transition on offense.

I honestly have no idea what Texas will be this year. Only plus thing they did last year was run the football. I think that trend will continue in 2017. The defense is a complete mystery. They were unexpectedly brutal last year. They actually regressed. I happen to think Orlando is the best coach on Tuesday staff, so improvement should be coming. No idea how long or how much though. I want to say 8-9 wins, but that is based on pure Kool-Aid. 10 wins combined the last 2 years.

Hmm, I'm not really sure why that was unexpected seeing how the defense ranked as the worst defense statistically in UT history the previous year? Not to mention you had Chris Warren's dad and other parents tweeting how Strong should fire Bedford immediately after the Baylor game in '15.

L Maryland - Texas will be a "mistake machine" and will throw this easily winnable game

W San Jose State - What the fuck could go wrong in this game.

L @ USC - Longhorns get curb stomped/no explanation needed.

L @ Iowa State - If this game were in Austin, then Texas wouldn't lose so big, but it's not

L KSU - Snyder has Texas number/this won't change. KSU will win this one for outgoing coach Snyder.

L Oklahoma in Dallas - Texas will get clownstomped so hard, we'll have to bus in more clowns.

L Oklahoma State - Texas won't be able to keep up/ might be worse than that 66-3 thing with UCLA

W @ Baylor - Texas finally gets on track. Whatever that means. Its Baylor for fucks sake.

L @ TCU - No fat boy whining here. TCU all the way with Kenny Thrill at QB.

W Kansas - I mean WTF. How many times can you lose to Kansas. Odds favor the Longhorn/squeeker.

L @ West Virginia - That transfere QB that WVU has will set all kinds of records in this game.

W Texas Tech - Coach Bro will be gone by this game and Tech will be wondering when it all ends.


So Texas will manage to beat the 3 worst teams on their schedule.

That is tired line. Offense is at a huge advantage. Today defenses face more plays over the history of football, so it's not shocking that a defense wouldn't look great comparing them to the 4 yards and a cloud of dust era. Both CBs got preseason All-Conference mentions. 1 was suspended and the other digress edell with confidence issues. Secondary looked good coming into 2016 on paper. Stopping the run was a concern. Secondary coming out like a Chinese fire drill was not expected

I did love that tweet. You go on the road and win as a double digit dog and people have an opinion. The defense only held them to their 2ND lowest yards per play average of the season. Not to mention 3 true freshmen were forced to start at LB and 3 DL were out, but people have opinions

It's always a game time decision for me... I know the PB is good for the protein aspect, but fuck! Butter is the tits! Especially when it gets in all those nooks & crannies™. When it comes to the sweets though... I'm more of a preserves or jam kinda gal. Not too lumpy or seedy though. Raspberry is awesome but those goddamn seeds are a nightmare!

It's not a tired line. Facts are facts. that defense was the worst defense statistically in UT history. You can make up every excuse in the world but there is no denying facts. You can blame the inept offense all you want, which is warranted, I agree, but even if the offense was halfway decent, that defense would have still been terrible. Don't believe me, the offense was ten times better last year and the defense was still atrocious. Just saying.....

Well, I think they win about 6 or so. They are a storied franchise who had to have gotten a few big recruits just because they are Texas. They will crush Maryland. We suck, unless we find a QB sooner than later.
