I think that they'll have Sisco stay down in Norfolk unless his defense has improved. As of this moment, this is going to be another horrible year overall for our starting pitching I believe and our bullpen will get worn down by August.

Well bridwell sucked in the minors and we didn't give him a shot . now he irs a starter for the angels . cortes is one of the starters and i think tilly will be 3 if we can get an old arm thikat when it wears down we will eat the contract np . hunter is a starter next year .so castro could be a starter we have plenty to pick from one day wright the clock will turn on in his head he is a jake atm . just remember we had seveRAL young studs hurt last year ON THE farm . we need pitchers that can keep it in the park with little bb lIKES WELLS .

The Orioles are in agreement with free-agent righty Andrew Cashner on a two-year, $16MM contract, reports Roch Kubatko of MASNsports.com (via Twitter). Cashner is represented by CAA Sports.

Great move. Good deal too. he had a 3.40 era last year.

Vargas, then Tillman on the cheap and we are done dumpster diving for scraps so we can lose 80+ games this year. Great job DD!

Lynn and Cobb are still available. The Orioles have been linked to those two names since the end of last season.

I hope we take a long, hard look at Corey Dickerson. He would be a nice addition in LF, and another lefty bat, which is what Duquette was said to be looking for.

As long as that lefty bat can keep Trumbo out of the outfield and only at DH or at first base to give Davis an off day here and there, I don't have a problem with it.

I could see them taking a flyer on CarGo. He's a lefty outfield bat and OPACY would be a good place for him since it's a hitters park. We've been linked to him in trade discussions in the past and would fit well in the lineup I believe. Here I think would be a decent potential lineup if this happened. Four-seven can be interchangable I believe but I alternated the lefty's and righties because I think that's something Buck would like to do.

1. Mancini LF
2. Jones CF
3. Machado SS
4. Gonzalez RF
5. Trumbo DH
6. Davis 1B
7. Schoop 2B
8. Beckham 3B
9. Joseph C

"The Orioles have agreed to a deal with free-agent outfielder Colby Rasmus, according to MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand (Twitter link). Eduardo Encina of the Baltimore Sun had strongly connected the sides this morning. It’s a minor-league pact, per the report.

Baltimore has been looking for a lefty outfield bat all winter long, and may now have found its man. Rasmus will still need to earn his way onto the roster, of course, but the O’s presently have no left-handed-hitting outfielders on the 40-man after designating Jaycob Brugman earlier today."

I never liked the guy, he's a head case. Plays hard though. We'll see if he makes the team.

Never cared about him one way or the other. Was hoping we would get CarGo on a one year deal like we had with Cruz a few years back. I think he'd do well in the hitters parks of the AL East.
