Portis is #1 center with Bulls now. (even though Felicio started ... he didn't play much) Robin Lopez has been told he won't be playing moving ahead.

Why don't they just cut Lopez? A playoffs team could use him

Used to play in a basketball tournament out there every summer when I was in my late 20 to late 30's.

Walking out of the gym was like walking into a blast furnace. We used to linger in the gym for a couple of games after ours. Not to scout. Just to delay the inevitable.

It got worse every year as I got older too. lol

There's no doubt for a couple months outta the year the weather is awful. But it's really no different than winter time. It's just the older I get the less & less I like cold weather.

Yeah June, July & August are hot. Late May & early September can be a problem as well. But there's no snow or altitude, which is nice.
WAMU, I just don't know how people live where it snows. I take my hat off to them because I just wouldn't be able to function.

Lebrons hair tonight is looking "patchy"
It appears to be getting worse after every game...and so after last night's loss we can expect another patch to detach its self.

Lived in Florida for 3 years. 90 degrees with 90% humidity is as bad the Arizona heat in it's own way.

Fuck both of those.

I think I need to find a place where it's almost never more than about 70 degrees. lol

Coastal San Diego?

He's still a quality player on a friendly contract. Next year he'll be expiring and possibly valuable come trade time. I'd hold on to him because he could be moved for the right price. If not they could then work a buy-out for him next year.

I grew up in that crap. Here in CO. is a helluva lot better weather wise in the winter than NE Ohio. But I still wanna get outta here & go to a warmer & dryer climate.

Seriously? The Wizards are 8-2 since Wall was hurt & you are giving them shit? Granted their history is bad & this could turn south moving forward. However what they have done over the past several weeks is very commendable & it is amusing that people are giving them grief at this time.
This is completely true and I can't disagree with you on this point. But of course this recent stretch by the wizards is much more a product of circumstance than team skill (because if it weren't, it would be reasonable to conclude that they are a contender in the east...), and of course the cavs loss last night is interpreted by everyone as more about the cavs than about the wizards.

This isn't too difficult. The wizards are on a hot streak and it'll be interesting to see what happens when they inevitably fall back to earth, if/when that coincides with Wall's return, how well the team can handle that.

Raptors resume action tonight vs. the Bucks. Should be an interesting 2nd half for them. Can they stay #1 in the East or do Cleveland or Boston catch them?
