Just read them. I guess he was supposed to replace Ozil. Big blow to Arsenal. Not sure what happened to the Bayern Munich potential signing though...disappointing if true he won't be going to Bayern. Maybe Bayern has other plans. Right now Jepp needs to put together a team that can challenge UCL by February. Not sure if that will happen this year as they have returned to shaky form this week.

Just looking at the report card for Bayern yesterday. Bad first half, but more injuries. Bernat hurt again and James too. They had to use players like Friedl and Wriedt yesterday...not exactly top flight talent and Sule out of position on the left. Not sure what Boatang and Coman were doing on the bench. No Robben, Ribery, Alaba, Muller, Thiago it is catching up them. I have a feeling they are going to get flattened by PSG in a week and a half. Xmas break can't come fast enough.

Lewandowski's wife said he wants to end his career in Los Angeles with MLS. That would be interesting since I am in the Bay Area, I could get look at him for real when they play the Earthquakes. Just got my official Bayern Munich Lewandowski home jersey today. Had to have one before he leaves.

I am getting a Kimmich too. Got mine from the official USA version of the Bayern Munich website. Came from Germany though via DHL. All players names, Bundesliga patch and sponsor patch optional on shoulders too. I added the Bundesliga patch.

Bayern getting some healthy bodies back this weekend: Muller is back, and maybe Ribery too. Alaba, Rafinha, and James too. That leaves only Robben, Neuer, Bernat, and Thiago hurt now.

Some weird calls but the re-take of the PK was correct even though announcers initially thought it was wrong. Ulreich lucky he didn't get a red.

Great game by Coman. Most games he has started he has looked very good. Ribery is back and I hope he does't use his clout to demand his spot back because he is not the player now that Coman is.

Some interesting games yesterday. WTF with Leipzig losing 4-0? Schalke letting points slip away vs Cologne. Dortmund can't win again. Pulisic still hasn't seen any kind of victory since USA beat Panama.

Heard an interesting stat: the last 9 times a team has beaten Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga...the following week they lose. Gladbach continued that streak with their awful performance against Wolfsburg last Sunday.

Frankfurt looked good today. I thought they were the more attacking team. Today's game without Lewey and Muller in the striker role would prove Muller wrong they need a backup striker. Muller was invisible...so they need a backup striker. Still looks like it will be Wagner.
