With Sneaky Pete and Man in the High Castle (or whatever that show is called), it is almost time to add Amazon to the subscribe pool...

Sneaky Pete was really cool.

High Castle is not.

Amazon also had a series called Mad Dogs that I liked a lot.

I watched Goliath and the first 70% or so was really good, then it sucked.

Have you seen anything about Timeless? This past episode had a total feel of a series finale until, literally, the last 90 seconds. Makes me think they anticipated getting cancelled, but added a twist at the very last second of production.

No word, yet. A ton of renewals/cancellations will come in April and May. All shows know their fate by the beginning of May.

2/27: Drama series Fortitude, which was renewed for a 2nd season by Pivot but has been unable to air since Pivot has ceased broadcasting, is jumping to Amazon. The 2nd season will stream later this year.

I watched Incorporated in its entirety, because I was hoping it'd get better. Didn't really.

Fortitude is really good, but probably not for everyone. It's easily available on streaming sites. Some surprisingly huge names with small roles in it, so that's usually a sign that either the show runners or the director is solid.

2/28: Feud (FX) renewed ahead of its series premiere this weekend. Next year's 2nd season will focus on the ending of the marriage between Prince Charles and Princess Diana.

2/27: Showtime has ordered a 2nd season of political documentary series The Circus, to focus on the Trump administration's first 100 days. It debuts in March.

I never heard about this. Would it be a reboot or a continuation? Hard to have a continuation after the movie...
