In 2012 the Seahawks were 6-5 heading into week 13 after losing a crushing game to the Dolphins. Hawks proceed to win out, steam rolling through everybody (190 to 60 was the score differential)

Similar trend in 2015. Seahawks 4-5 heading into week 11 after a crushing loss to the Cards. Seahawks have proceeded to win 4 in a row with a score margin of 141 to 56.

2012 we did it with our run game. Okung and Unger was the best they ever were together in a Seahawk uniform. Marshawn had his best statistical year running (1590 yds rushing 11 tds)

Fast forward 3 years and we're doing it again. Except this time on the arm of Russell Wilson.

The aerial attack is clicking on all cylinders. When Rawls is in, the run game is moving the chains consistently. The secondary has played well. The run defense is top 5 in the NFL.

Most dangerous wild card team heading into the playoffs. Let's finish the run the 2012 team should have this year.

Go Hawks!

I said the same thing to my peeps at the bar on Friday. Like you mention, a big difference between this year and that is a 4th year QB vs a rookie. With the OL giving RW some time, we can trade blows with anyone right now. Even without Graham, Lynch or Rawls.

Russ just has a different look in his eyes the past few weeks. He has always been whatever the team needs him to be (game manager, runner, passer), but now he has that "I'll put the team on my back" look in his eyes.

Seems like Russ and most importantly the coaching staff have the confidence to put the team on the arm and legs of Russ from get go rather than wait for the most extreme of situations to dial up the aerial attack. Come out firing and play with tempo.

Can you imagine how this offense is going to look next year with this new self confident Russell Wilson and Jimmy Graham back in the lineup?

Yeah, it seemed like this to me as well. Difference is that we'll have a 4th year QB instead of a rookie. Defense was better that year though.

In 2012 we even played the winner of the NFCE in the 1st round, and the winner of the NFCS in the divisional round. Would have played the NFCW team had we won...
