They need to get this figured out, and fast. Homecoming in a week, and B1G season in 2.

This page seems a little dead, but.. this team is doomed until they get Leidner out of here. Can you believe that voted him MVP!?!?

Seth Green decommitted from Oregon and had a "good visit" with the Gophers the other day. Leidner is a senior now right? Shows how much Maxx Williams bailed him out on absolute key situations. OK it's not all Maxx, but...

They sure missed Cobb running the ball. Gophers had so many injuries this year it was like a totally different team on the field every week. It has got to get better next season...

How many decommits have we suffered since Kill retired? I know of 2.... and hope it stays at that. They have/had a good class coming in, and finally have a solid foundation. This year's squad gained tons of experience. Couple that, with next year's freshmen, and we could be competitive again in 2 years.

Yeah, good call on Cobb. He had a knack for extending drives with his vision getting that first down. We had more hit and miss this year. Both freshman RBs.

Suffered atleast 1 4 star lineman and a 3 star QB. But if we get Seth Green that won't matter. Gophs seem to do well getting small town unheard of lineman that play decent.

Why are the Gophers in a Bowl Game with a 5-7 record? I thought that you had to have a .500 record to be bowl eligible. The 2015 Quick Lane Bowl against Central Michigan on December 28 in Detroit.

I should add that I had never heard of this Bowl Game before. So, I went and looked it up. It was originally called the Motor City Bowl, then Little Caesars Pizza Bowl, and in 2014 the Quick Lane Bowl.

The reason why the Gophers are in a bowl game is very interesting. Basically, there are 80 bowl slots in the college post season, but only 77 teams had a .500 record or better. So, they based the final 3 slots on academics, hence the Gophers are a smart group of football players. That is how we got in a Bowl Game. Cool!!!

Sports Illustrated is reporting that 4 star QB Seth Green has switched his commitment from Oregon to Minnesota. Green is a 6'4" quarterback from Allen, Texas. He is ranked No. 19 at his position overall by Scout in the class of 2016. This is great news for the Gophers, who have lacked a decent QB. WOW!!!

Green turned down offers from Illinois, Iowa, Michigan State and Wisconsin...

That's outstanding news! Wonder how Claeys was able to pull it off.

IDK But Ducks offensive coordinator Scott Frost had taken the head coaching job at Central Florida. There is a lot to look forward to next season...

Tight Ends coach Rob Reeves will be the team’s offensive coordinator for the Quick Lane Bowl, but beyond that IDK...

Also see that CB Antoine Winfield, Jr. has committed. 3 star recruit. Undersized like his dad, but if he has any talent like his pops, this could be a good thing.
