There are going to be a lot of disappointed fans in a couple years when this Tier 4 coaching staff and their mid-major recruits are scraping by on Zaxby's Heart of Dallas Bowls.

Well... Alston is a 4-star on Scout and has been a 4-star on most other sites his entire career... Barnett is one of the Top 5 guards in the nation according to 247Sports, Rivals, Scout and ESPN... and if Nebraska lands Paulo that's a legit Top247 prospect according to 247Sports...

Nebraska has 9 players in this class that are rated 4-star by at least one site... that's pretty good, and 4 of those (Young, Barnett, Alston, Paulo) if Paulo commits, committed to Mike Riley's staff.

yeah, looks like the Mizzou coaches jumped the gun a bit... but I still think he's the Tigers' to lose... we made up some ground this last weekend but not enough. I would LOVE to be wrong.

I think we'll see a few RS-Jrs (from this past year) graduate and move on... Bondi and Sutton are prime candidates... as is Sam Cotton (his dad just got fired...) That's three... we'd need to get to 85 by the start of fall camp. And it's not a given that Jamal Turner will come back
