Also, on a somewhat related note, it seems like Gallardo is having some troubles passing his physical.

I wouldn't put Jones in the cleanup spot. I'd move him down to 5 or 6 if Machado would bat 3rd and put Davis 4th.

Deal is now complete, it's 2y/22m, with a team 3rd year option. The follow up exam eased the O's concerns about Gallardo's shoulder.

If he leaves after the 2nd year, that's 2 pitchers off the books with Ubaldo a FA after 2017. So hopefully we'll have some guys ready like Bundy, Harvey, Wright or someone else ready to take those spots in the rotation.

i'm glad nolan will have a better year than fowler isn't worth 11 million and a draft pick . come on nolan buck seems to think nolan is at full speed up over 20 pounds of muscle .

Nolan has not proved he can stay healthy let alone help this team when he is healthy. That's why the team continues to look for OF help. Look for a Bruce deal in the next few days.
