Jack Conklin would be a nice pick if we don't take a QB at 13. He reportedly had a very impressive day at the combine, running a sub 5.0 40 and looking good in drills. He was branded a subpar athlete and it looks like he is much more athletic than people thought. The next Jon Runyan?

Sad. Take him off my list as a first rounder. Now, if he slips into the 3rd round, I'd take him with our extra 3rd pick, because you never know.

I just watched tape of him today after hearing the buzz about him at the combine....The kids impressive, great size and speed. He has a little Terrel Owens to his game.

The knock on him seems to be that he is not very sudden and is slow to get off the line. But when you have his size and hands, and decent long speed, that should not be a huge problem.

I'm kind of hoping that we can resign SB and trade back for additional picks. From there get an OL, safety or cb, or Will Fuller would be a nice pick later 1st round?

Fuller would indeed be the deep threat we don't have, but that is about what he would be - DJAX II - without the Diva though. I'd rather have Shepard if I had a choice - a more complete WR. I do like fuller a lot though. We'll see.

Watch these Braxton Miller moves. If we gt a 2nd round pick, he'd be awesome to add to our WR corps.

Gil Brandt said this draft has two tiers, 1-15 is one and then the next 40 or so picks are relatively the same. So, if we do want to trade down, there may be teams interested in snagging a specific player in the top tier.

My concern is, who would we end up with? Cody Whitehair? I don't think we are going to get a top tackle or corner if we trade down.

I'm off the Whitehair bandwagon, at least in the 1st round. He's not strong enough. Good tactician though. I would rather get Conklin, and have him start at RG for a year, then move to RT. In the 2nd, I'd want Garnett.

Did you see this game live OD? It was friggin' unbelievable and it blows my mind how he was able to pull this off. It literally looked like a clip from a video game. Brax has unreal talent and I think some team is going to love this guy like no end. The thought of him playing in New England with Brady is frightening. I could see him playing in Foxboro.

4. Carl Nassib, DE (ditto)
5. Tyvis Powell, S
5. Joe Haeg, T
6. Darryl Worley, CB
7. Jatavis Brown, S
7. Brandon Doughty, QB

I'm telling you all right now that Bosa is the guy that the Eagles will target since moving up to 8 spot. He has everything that Schwartz loves in a defensive line player. I'm calling it out now. We may trade with the Browns possibly? My gut feeling here.

By spending to fill some of the big holes in FA, the Eagles may now be truly in BPA mode with the 8th pick. So yes, maybe Myles Jack or Joey Bosa if they drop.

Understand that Bosa has some issues. Not sure what they are, but MMQB mentioned it.

Also, I think we can take Dak Prescott off the board. He was arrested yesterday with a DUI. To bad, I like him as a 3rd round QB of the future.
