Wow...I'm happy for Faried.

With the deals that he and Favors got, I understand why guys like Tristan Thompson think they are worth 11mil per.

I love Manimal.

But, 12mil per?

They overpayed for Frye. Throw in all his injuries and it looks even worse.

I hope Olidipo's injury isn't serious.

I was looking forward to seeing him and Payton play together.

They will run the floor like cougars. Sadly, they will miss every shot outside of 10 feet.

I would say this year for me is seeing how good the west is with risers and peakers like Suns/Clippers/OKC . In the east, Wiz, Bulls, Cavs and dare I say 76ers?

Damn, before those injuries I had Orlando sneaking in as an 8 seed. Now... prob won't happen. Frye is underrated, but got overpaid. If that makes sense at all.

Clearly, the Suns made the right choice of letting him walk.

Just to put it in perspective.

The Suns paid less for both Morris twins than the Nuggets paid for Faried.

Again, I love Manimal.

He can be a Rodman type hustle guy. Both guys have/had rudimentary offensive skills.

But, Faried is clearly better. * on offensive, not shagging boards*

Still, I would only give him that type of coin if he is surrounded by scores.

I'm not sure if Gallo, Lawson and Afflao fit the bill.....yet.

Denver couldn't let him walk. So, I guess they did what they had to.

Lebron is looking smarter after seeing this TV del.

I still say part of the reason he took a 2 year deal was to have Gilbert by the balls. But, it was also a great business decision. Instead of being locked into a salary, franchise guys will get a straight percentage of the salary cap.

So, as it increases..so does his salary.

Aldridge and Love are gonna make out like bandits too.



The source said max contract players such as Aldridge sign deals based on a percentage of the salary cap — not a specific dollar amount. Aldridge's annual salary will pencil in at about 30% of the Blazers' cap no matter how much it is, meaning his salary will simply equate to larger number as the cap increases.

KD broke his foot this is not good. Though it can heal to 100% there is always a future risk now. This has ended guys careers and effected them negatively chronically. Lets hope its nothing serious. On a side note Derrick Rose might actually be Derrick Rose again. This is an intriguing year for the Bulls. Also interesting to see how Westbrook plays. I see him putting up 40 shots a night lol. The Bobcats intrigue me and i think they could win 40 out east if they get it all together. Also in that same boat interested to see how much GS has improved. Clippers still wont do shit. Oh btw i think Rajon Rondo is back or something.
