haha, I didn't have a chance to watch in on youtube before leaving for work so I checked it out once I got here with the sound off... definitely not recommend, doesn't have the same effect!

you should have seen what I tried originally. I had alternating frames of two different clips of dwil running. now THAT gave me a seizure. I ended up having it alternate with a black frame to keep the effect, reduce the nausea.
